Technical documentation
Detailed design and technical documentation developed to support coordination, construction and delivery.
We shape architecture and interiors through clarity, materiality and detail — from the first concept to built reality.

Architecture & Interiors
Architecture • Interiors • Fit-out
We approach architecture, interiors and technical development as one continuous process. Each project is shaped through precise spatial relationships, clear function and carefully resolved detail.
We design commercial buildings around flow, identity and the way people move through and use space. Proportion, materiality and context give each project its own logic and presence.
We shape hotels, restaurants and guest-focused spaces through function, atmosphere and materiality — creating environments that feel distinctive, intuitive and memorable.
We develop homes from the way people live, the character of the site and the relationship between light, proportion and privacy. The result is architecture designed to remain relevant over time.
B2B architectural support
For architecture and design studios, developers and international partners, we provide reliable project support — either as an independent project team or as an extension of your own.
Detailed design and technical documentation developed to support coordination, construction and delivery.
High-quality visualizations used to test design decisions, communicate concepts and support presentations.
Structured coordination across project stages, disciplines and stakeholders to keep information clear and delivery aligned.
Our process
Every project starts with understanding the brief, context and constraints. From there, we define direction, develop the concept and resolve the technical detail — keeping the design coherent through delivery.
We map the programme, spatial conditions, constraints and user needs to establish a clear basis for design.
We develop the selected direction through space, materiality, atmosphere and function, using 2D and 3D studies to test and refine key decisions.
We translate the concept into coordinated technical documentation and follow the critical details through construction to preserve design intent.

Since 2005, our work has moved across scales, typologies and geographies — from private homes and workplaces to hospitality and complex commercial environments.
We use 3D visualization as a design tool — not simply as a presentation layer. It allows us to test proportion, materiality, light and atmosphere before they are translated into built form.
Testing scale, composition and spatial relationships.
Evaluating surfaces, textures, colour and lighting in context.
Turning complex design ideas into clear and convincing visual narratives.
