Please do not send sensitive personal information through the form unless it is necessary for your inquiry.
3. Why do we process data and on what legal basis?
We process personal information to receive and respond to inquiries, discuss potential projects or collaborations, prepare proposals and take further steps at your request. Where applicable, the legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a potential contract, or the Studio’s legitimate interest in responding to business communications.
Technical data may be processed to maintain the stability and security of the website, prevent misuse and protect our systems. Where certain records must be retained by law, information may also be processed to meet that legal obligation.
We do not use contact-form information to send marketing communications without an appropriate legal basis.

We do not sell personal information to third parties. Information may be disclosed to competent authorities where required by law. If certain service providers process information outside Serbia, safeguards and transfer rules under applicable law will be applied.
6. How long do we retain personal data?
We retain inquiries and related correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to a request, manage communications or resolve related matters. If a conversation develops into a contractual relationship, related documentation may be retained longer in accordance with applicable legal obligations and limitation periods. Technical and security logs are retained according to the website’s protection and maintenance needs.
