About the project
LOCATION — Belgrade, Serbia
PROJECT TYPE — Commercial Interiors
YEAR — 2023
Regus is a contemporary workplace designed around functionality, comfort and a productive working environment. Work, communication and lounge areas are combined within a coherent and visually connected interior.
Concept
An open organization connects the different functional zones and allows the workplace to be used flexibly. Lounge and informal areas introduce a more relaxed layer to the working environment.
Design and materials
Neutral tones, concrete and textile surfaces, black metal elements and green, grey and beige accents define the palette. Exposed ceilings, linear lighting and simple furniture establish an industrial character, softened by planting.
Spatial aesthetics
Contemporary industrial elements are balanced by minimalism and softer textures. Graphic details, colour accents and vegetation create a dynamic but approachable workplace.
